Biography
He is experienced in leading large and complex cases before trial, appellate Courts and other tribunals and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Houses. Emmanuel advises a wide range of clients, including corporates, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals on disputes ranging from complex contractual claims, company, director and shareholder claims, disputes involving interpretation/construction of the constitution and other statutes, labour laws and regulations, taxation, debt recovery, civil attachment, real estate, asset forfeiture, recovery and management.
Emmanuel also advises on statutory and regulatory compliance, negotiation and preparation of financing, structural and operational contractual documents including leases, mortgages, conveyancing and perfection of title, interaction with regulatory authorities; compliance with relevant laws, rules, regulations and standards. He currently serves as Legal Adviser of several companies, public and other private institutions where he provides business solutions on diverse transactions, involving complex legal problems.
